TECHNOLOGY · MANAGED IT AND DEVICES

We govern the tenant. Your IT provider keeps the hands-on work.

We don't replace your IT provider. We're responsible for your Microsoft 365 security and compliance configuration. Your local IT provider keeps day-to-day support, on-site help and equipment, working to a scope we agree with them. If you don't have one, we'll introduce you to one we work with.

Who looks after what.

Most firms' IT risk sits in the gaps: a setting nobody owns, a change nobody recorded. We agree the line in writing before work starts.

Devices that arrive ready.

We prefer to supply the devices your team works on, so they arrive registered, configured and covered by policy from day one. Your firm owns them. If you already have devices, we'll work with them, provided they can be enrolled and brought up to the same standard.

Personal devices. Staff who use their own phone or laptop for firm email and files get access only once the device is registered and covered by policy. Firm data on it can be removed without touching anything personal.

Controls only protect you if someone is watching them.

Ongoing security monitoring is a condition of our engagement. It can sit with your IT provider or with a provider we introduce. We keep the configuration we are responsible for current: reviewing it, applying changes under change control, and keeping the record that shows it.

What can be included:

  • A written scope agreed with your IT provider
  • An introduction to an IT provider we work with, if you need one
  • Supply and enrolment of firm-owned devices
  • Registration and app protection for personal devices
  • A security monitoring arrangement
  • A change-control process for security and compliance settings
  • Documentation and an exit pack from day one

Every engagement is scoped at a fixed fee, confirmed before work starts.
